The S*Z SACHSENKLEBER (SAXON GLUE) is a high quality cyanacrylate glue.
It is used in all branches of industry, in medical technology, workshops,
households, and for hobbies. It permits the bonding of materials such as
metal, wood, rubber, leather (shoes), porcelain, ceramics, stone, marble,
plaster, ivory, PVC and most plastics to themselves and to each other.
S*Z SACHSENKLEBER is resistant to heat and coldness (-50°C to 120°C),
seawater-tight, dishwasher hardened, glue bonds are breakable again by acetone
and at a min. temperature of 160°C. It is not appropriate for
material and paper.
The gluing spots must fit exactly, be clean and free of grease.
Apply S*Z SACHSENKLEBER thinly and evenly to one side, carefully
fitting both parts together - corrections are still possible. Only after
contact pressure, is an optimal gluing bond attained. On gluing strongly
absorbent materials a bit more glue should be applied. The bond reaches
its maximum strength after 12 hours. For the smallest parts, absorbent
materials or hard to glue plastics, the use of S*Z ACCELERATOR is
suggested.
Polyethylene, polypropylene, silicon and teflon must be pre-treated
with S*Z PRIMER on the cleaned gluing spots (both sides) and also
applied to the edges and left to air dry for 5 to 10 minutes. Afterward,
one side is to be coated with S*Z SACHSENKLEBER and the parts fit
and held together to harden for circa 3 minutes.
S*Z SACHSENKLEBER in connection with S*Z FILLER is appropriate for material accumulation for the elimination of holes and cracks for the strengthening of fractures in all of the above-mentioned materials. These materials can not only be bonded to themselves, but also to each other (material mix). If a lot of material is lacking the material accumulation should be done in coats. Cover the coated side with glue stripes and first let 1 mm of filler trickle into the joint, followed by saturation with the glue. The hardening out takes about 2 to 5 minutes depending on the coating thickness. Afterward, you can mechanically treat (e.g. drill, grind, polish), and also paint it.
S*Z EPOXYDKITT (Epoxy Putty) is useable like putty, bonds to metals
(e.g. steel, aluminum, bronze, brass and copper) also, though, to most
plastics, concrete, ceramic and wood. It hardens like steel within 20 minutes,
and also bonds to a damp base and under water.
S*Z ZWEIKOMPONENTEN EPOXYDKITT (Two Component Epoxy Putty) makes
repairs on vertical surfaces and work over head possible. The bonding
surface is well smoothed with a flushing agent. After hardening out,
S*Z EPOXYDKITT is workable, e.g. by drilling, thread cutting,
grinding and painting.
S*Z EPOXYDKITT is heat-resistant up to 300°C.
Stick the tip of the tube, being sure not to hold it in the direction of the face! Conditioned by the filling before opening, there could be a small amount of pressure in the bottle. After use, knock the glue out of the tip and wash off the outside, seal with liquid candle wax and store in a cool, upright position (if possible in the freezer). Avoid skin contact. Wash off glued eye lids with warm water and consult a physician. Do not pull glued fingers apart, rather roll them off.
For damage, which can result from improper handling, we accept no liability.
The legal venue is Dresden, Germany.
